This article aims to analyze the role of network leadership in strengthening organizational resilience in Indonesia's Resilience Development Initiative (RDI). This research focuses on the importance of network-based leadership in increasing the capacity of non-profit organizations to face increasingly complex development challenges, climate change, and environmental uncertainty. To answer these problems, the research uses the concepts of network leadership and organizational resilience as the theoretical foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. Data was collected through scientific journals, academic books, organizational reports, official documents of RDI Indonesia, and various relevant literature, then analyzed qualitatively using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of connectivity, communication facilitation, collaborative governance, and resource mobilization can improve RDI's ability to anticipate risks, respond effectively to environmental changes, and adapt through cross-sectoral collaboration, knowledge exchange, and resource mobilization. This study concludes that network leadership has a significant role in strengthening organizational resilience and contributing to the development of collaborative governance in non-profit organizations in Indonesia.
