About the Journal
Journal of Social Governance and Public Administration (SOGPA) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by PT Prospera Lumina Indonesia, focusing on contemporary research and scholarly discussions in social governance and public administration. The journal was first published in April 2026 and is issued three times a year, in April, August, and December, with the inaugural issue published as Volume 1, Number 1, April 2026. SOGPA is published exclusively in an online format through Open Journal Systems (OJS). The journal covers Public Administration; Public Policy; Public Governance and Digital Governance; Leadership, Human Resources and Organizational Development; and Public Management. SOGPA welcomes original research articles, conceptual and theoretical studies, policy analyses, and interdisciplinary scholarly contributions that advance theoretical knowledge, empirical evidence, and practical approaches to contemporary challenges in governance and public administration.
